In 1910 they purchased the rights to the American Everitt and the company was orginized as the Tudhope Motor Company Ltd. The first cars were called the Everitt Tudhope and the Everitt part of the name was dropped in 1912.
This cap has an outside diameter of 3 7/16" and is 2 3/8" high with 2 7/8"- 14 threads. It is 3" across the flats.
